In short: JustPOS is a subscription-based POS app at $1.99/month after a 2-month free trial. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID. Your data stays on your device. We don't process payments — Apple handles everything.
By downloading, installing, or using JustPOS (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Chun Kit Yuen ("Developer", "we", "our") regarding your use of the App.
JustPOS is a point-of-sale (POS) application designed for small businesses. The App provides:
All data is stored locally on your device. JustPOS operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
JustPOS requires an active subscription to access all features after the free trial period.
New users receive a 2-month free trial of all JustPOS features. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID will be charged.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to JustPOS features until the subscription expires.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice period.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription (or during the free trial), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use JustPOS on devices that you own or control, for your personal or business use.

JustPOS stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your business data on external servers. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. JustPOS does not provide cloud backup. We recommend using the built-in export features (CSV/PDF) to maintain your own backups.
JustPOS, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Developer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
JustPOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
JustPOS is a record-keeping tool. It does not process actual financial transactions, handle payment cards, or provide accounting or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
