JustPOS records cash, card, and any custom payment method you define (Octopus, PayMe, Alipay, bank transfer, etc.) — for record-keeping purposes. You manually select which method the customer used at checkout.

JustPOS does not connect to credit card terminals, payment gateways, or any payment app. This is by design — it keeps the system simple, affordable, and free of payment processing fees.

Yes. Create variation templates for things like size (S/M/L), temperature (hot/cold), or sweetness level. Each variation can have its own price modifier. Common in cafes and bubble tea shops.

Yes. You can lay out your restaurant tables visually, see which ones are occupied, and move orders between tables. Useful for any dine-in F&B business.

Yes. Export to CSV (for spreadsheets and accounting) or PDF (for reports and records). Exports go through Apple's share sheet, so you can AirDrop, email, or save to iCloud Drive.

JustPOS shows a total sales summary you can use for tax reporting. Export CSV or PDF reports by date range for your accountant or tax filing. The app does not calculate tax automatically or file taxes for you.

Yes. Add your business name, address, and a custom message (like "Thank you!" or your return policy) to printed receipts. Digital receipts show your business name and order details.

Each device runs independently with its own local data. JustPOS does not sync between devices — there is no cloud. If you need multiple registers, each one operates as a standalone POS.

No. There are no servers, no cloud, and no analytics. Your sales data lives on your device only. JustPOS cannot see or access it.

No. No Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no Crashlytics, no tracking of any kind. The app also has no ads.

Two permissions, both for specific features:

• Bluetooth — to connect to receipt printers
• Photo Library (optional) — to save receipt screenshots

None of these are used to collect data.

No. JustPOS shows a digital receipt on screen. If you want to print, it connects to any Bluetooth Low Energy thermal printer (58mm or 80mm).

Any BLE receipt printer that speaks ESC/POS. Most cheap Bluetooth thermal printers on Amazon work fine. No brand-specific hardware required.

Since data is stored locally, you'd lose it if you didn't back up. JustPOS lets you export CSV backups regularly. If you have an iCloud backup of your phone, the app data may be included.

Settings → Clear All Data. This permanently removes everything: products, orders, reports, and settings. There's no undo.
